**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Advocate (Email/Chat), you will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and will provide contractual services to arenaflex's Wonoloer Operations team. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional customer support experience to our users through email, chat, or phone calls. Our ideal candidate will be a good person who is also committed to doing good work.
**Responsibilities**
* Become an expert with our applications, learning our product from a functional perspective and helping our customers with their questions and addressing their problems and concerns.
* Maintain and promote arenaflex's culture and work ethics, being proactive, hardworking, and open to giving and receiving feedback.
* Be part of a close-knit team, working with everyone to meet our daily goals and promoting a culture of hard work, camaraderie, and excellence.
* Commit to working with us, attending your training and nesting (30-day trial) schedule, and rendering at least 40 hours of work per week once you pass the 30-day trial.
* Ensure you have a quiet working environment with minimum distraction, a noise-reduction headset, a fully functioning computer/laptop, and an internet connection of at least 15 mbps with backup in case of connectivity issues.
* Attend the online training and nesting, providing excellent customer support to our Wonolo users and becoming fully knowledgeable on arenaflex's platform and its existing processes and policies.
* Pass the Trial Period, which includes a four-week Nesting/Probation period, during which we will monitor your progress and evaluate your performance.
