As a remote in-home phone support representative, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote in-home phone support team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and providing information with a positive and energetic attitude. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact to our customers * Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information with amazing customer service * Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries * Maintain accurate and useful database records * Manage and Monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same amazing customer service as taking calls * Perform basic account maintenance activities * Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Have a designated and approved in-home workspace * Have a secondary work place in case your approved home space has technical difficulties * Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring) No Satellite Internet * Receive inbound calls * Place outbound follow-up calls * Answer SMS messages * Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues about accounts for the customers **Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Ability to type 40 wpm+ * Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled * Ability to speak on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled * Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections * Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment * Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone * Previous call center experience preferred * Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly * Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required * Fitness industry experience a PLUS! **What We Offer** * Competitive Base Wages * Group Healthcare Plan * Paid Time Off * Company Training * Career Advancement Opportunities * A great incentive program to boost your drive and eagerness to do a great job * A Fitness Reimbursement Program to promote health * Career development programs to nurture your skills and abilities in a growing company **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote in-home phone support representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
