**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Automotive Service Department Appointment and Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and working closely with our Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
• Understand and execute all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
• Take all overflow inbound service calls, ensuring that all calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling, providing clear and concise information about our services and products
• Work closely with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a world-class experience that exceeds their expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
• Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
• Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
• Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
• Organized, detailed, and able to multitask, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
• Strong team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual is a strong plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
**Preferred Qualifications**
• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on appointment setting and customer experience
• Strong knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
