**Eligibility Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:
* High School Diploma is mandatory; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
* English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for the role
* Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
