**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound calls and other communication platforms in a timely and professional manner
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers with exceptional service and critical thinking
* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions and support to customers
**What You'll Need:**
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and finding creative solutions
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to being available and responsive to customers
* Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
