You'll be responsible for delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client. Your exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical acumen will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries * Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client * Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve complex issues * Develop technical acumen through ongoing training and professional development * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner **Essential Qualifications** * Prior call center experience * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills * Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Capability to develop technical acumen through ongoing training and professional development * Experience in use of process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
