We're committed to fostering a culture of empathy, compassion, and teamwork, where our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing timely and accurate information to incoming client calls and product knowledge requests * Identifying, processing, and assessing client needs according to established policies and procedures * Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution * Partnering with other teams to meet and exceed client's service expectations * Admitting patients and handling medical records entries accurately * Entering and updating client and patient information into practice computer software * Preparing health certificates, immunization certificates, laboratory requests, and euthanasia forms * Processing payments/client invoices for services performed * Receiving and relaying telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly * Answering telephones and handling calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system **Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following competencies: * Client Focus: You'll be dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. * Problem Solving/Analysis: You'll be able to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. * Time Management: You'll be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines. * Communication Proficiency: You'll be an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Teamwork Orientation: You'll be a team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals. * Technical Capacity: You'll be proficient in using computer software, including practice management systems and other relevant tools. **Work Environment** This role operates in a professional office environment, with exposure to hazards associated with pets, such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste. You'll be required to work in a fast-paced environment, using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. **Physical Demands** The physical demands of this role include: * Regularly talking or hearing * Frequently sitting, standing, walking, using hands, and reaching with hands and arms * Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds up or down one flight of stairs **Position Type and Expected Hours of Work** This is a full-time position, with shifts and hours of work Monday through Sunday.
