**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers in our airports and at our gates. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless travel experience. This is a part-time, remote work opportunity that requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Work with customers to resolve issues related to flight schedules, ticketing, and baggage handling
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years of age
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
* Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
* Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
* Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
* Valid ID and U.S. visa
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality
* Four-year college degree
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
