What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative specializing in Property and Casualty insurance, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients' customers while representing the arenaflex brand with professionalism and passion. - Active Listening and Needs Identification: Engage with customers through inbound inquiries and outbound calls, actively listening to their concerns and asking targeted questions to identify their unique insurance needs, coverage requirements, and financial considerations.
- Expert Insurance Consultation: Provide knowledgeable advice on plan options, coverage levels, policy features, and competitive pricing. Help customers understand the intricacies of Property and Casualty insurance products including homeowner's insurance, renter's insurance, auto insurance, and liability coverage.
- Enrollment Processing: Efficiently process new policy enrollments and amendments, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner. Maintain meticulous records in our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Qualifications We Seeking

Essential Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License: You must hold a valid, active resident license to sell P&C insurance in the United States. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
- Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. This is a remote work-from-home position performed entirely from your home office.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Some college education or prior insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are strongly preferred and may be eligible for a language differential.
- Background Check and Drug Screen: Must successfully pass comprehensive background verification and drug screening processes as required by company policy and regulatory standards.
