**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Associate - Work From Home, you will be responsible for:
* Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team
* Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
* Processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
* Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and drive business growth
* Utilizing various tools and systems, including the Emailed Holds Report, Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate sales environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
