**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the direct liaison between customers and The vAn, analyzing and resolving escalated or complex consumer-related issues. Your primary objectives will be to:
* Act as a direct liaison between customers and The vAn to analyze and help resolve escalated or complex consumer-related issues with the end goal being a win-win resolution.
* Continuously seek to reduce the overall turnaround time for issue resolution to ensure a premium experience for The vAn consumers.
* Attend The vAn team weekly meetings, assisting in providing team updates on order fulfillment, resource allocation, and process improvement opportunities.

**What You Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Experience working in a customer service or retail environment
* Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, along with effective communication both written and orally
* The ability to bring a positive and solution-focused attitude to the team
* Must demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently within a team environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience working in an employee purchase channel or similar environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
