About the Customer Achievement Network (CAN) Team

The Customer Achievement Network (CAN) team at arenaflex delivers exceptional end-to-end customer care offerings to card members by presenting comprehensive solutions on credit balance refunds, reconciliation and remediation, protection services, and club rewards. Our intention is to deliver the industry's finest customer experience every day by resolving card member inquiries efficiently and effectively. We take pride in being the frontline of excellence for our valued members, ensuring their financial needs are met with professionalism and care.

Purpose of the Position

The incumbent will be responsible for processing card member account renovations, inquiries of credit balance requests, express coins, reconciliation and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market. This role involves timely handling of client requests for consumer customers within specified timeframes. The position requires suitable evaluation of credit balance refund requests through analyzing available information and toward prevention of losses to the enterprise. As a Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the vital link between our organization and our valued card members, ensuring their financial peace of mind and satisfaction.
