**Experienced Customer Logistics Analyst – Supply Chain Optimization for arenaflex's Walmart & Sam's Partners**

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, and passion for supply chain excellence to drive cost savings, improve service levels, and foster strong relationships with our valued customers. **About the Role** As a Customer Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing the supply chain operations of our Walmart & Sam's partners. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Perform in-depth analysis within the arenaflex route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets for our Walmart & Sam's partners. * Conduct transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Analyze the order to cash value chain to determine impacts on cost, service, and waste, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. * Collaborate with our Walmart & Sam's partners to manage GRS settings, ensuring optimal orders and driving logistics efficiencies. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins. * Create and present relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales teams, ensuring organizational alignment and driving business decisions. * Analyze, validate, manipulate, and interpret complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Lead cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. * Collaborate with our customer and MDM teams to drive robust customer and product data governance, ensuring data synchronization with our customers using industry standards. * Analyze internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends, improving service and cost to serve. * Address all ad hoc customer-related issues and analysis requests as they arise, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. * Develop strong relationships with sales teams to ensure all needs are met, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Develop appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for channels, ensuring strong performance management and business decisions. ### Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * 2-5 years of work experience, with strong business and broad supply chain acumen, including the end-to-end order management process. * Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation. * Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with Microsoft Power BI, and advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required). * Experience with ERP and TMS systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay (a plus). * Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment experience, with a strong understanding of the retail industry. * Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment experience (a plus). * Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, operating cross-functionally and working in a fast-paced environment. * Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. ### Benefits * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. * Employer match 401(k) plan. * Profit sharing plan. * Employee stock purchase plan. ### What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
