**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience working with premium clients, preferably in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
