**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills.
* Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service).
* Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry.

* Certification in customer service or a related field.
