**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience and Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. This will involve:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
* Providing feedback and insights to improve customer experience and sales processes

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* To be bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
* To have a business professional attire
* To have a High School diploma or equivalent
* To pass State Licensing Requirements (if applicable)
* To be available to work Monday - Friday 9-6pm, Saturdays 10-2pm (part-time available)
