**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
* Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
* Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring their safety and security
* Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process
* Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring seamless communication
* Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
* A clean FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
* One year of customer service experience (preferred but not required)
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)
* Experience in a high-stress environment, such as emergency services or customer-facing roles
