**Job Summary**
As our Commercial Customer Care Lead, you will play a critical role in driving high-quality customer care and supporting the order entry process, shipping and receiving, customer return coordination, contract review, and process audits. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
• Lead the order entry process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders
• Partner with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
• Support customer return coordination, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify gaps and drive process improvement in the customer care process, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build relationships and drive business growth
**Qualifications**
• Highly personable and enjoys collaborative relationship building with stakeholders
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and understand diverse product lines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while sharing enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
• 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues

• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience in the agricultural or food industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
• Knowledge of biopesticides and pheromone-based insect management products
• Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives
• Certification in customer care or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
