**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Client Services Officer, you'll provide critical support to our Trust Officers in the administration of fiduciary accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Performing day-to-day functions on assigned accounts accurately and by necessary deadlines, including opening and closing accounts, processing wire requests, and handling IRA Required Minimum Distributions.
* Monitoring accounts on a daily basis for overdrafts and uninvested cash, and keeping Trust Officers informed.
* Analyzing and researching account problems, and recommending solutions as appropriate.
* Establishing and maintaining an orderly record-keeping system, ensuring the maintenance of confidential accounts files and special reports.
* Ordering supplies for the team as needed.
* Resolving client requests and referring complex inquiries to Trust Officers.
* Reading and understanding Trust Agreements and related documents for administrative purposes.
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with other team members to ensure high-quality and timely administration of assigned fiduciary accounts.
* Monitoring corporate action, processing proxies, and due diligence reports for sub-advisors.
* Maintaining compliance with all internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
* Providing backup to other Client Service Officers when needed.
* Creating and maintaining professional rapport and mutually agreeable working relationships with clients to sustain the account relationship.
* Handling special projects as needed by the team.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
* Proficiency in dealing with difficult clients and providing superior customer service.
* Discretion of confidential personal, estate planning, and financial information of clients is mandatory.
* Solid computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to draft original correspondence.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills are highly desirable.
* Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail.
* Polished and able to work on and manage multiple tasks and projects with varied and changing priorities.
* Able to work well on a diverse team, and flexible with the pressure of high volume and multiple deadlines.
* Follow established procedures, as well as solve problems creatively.

**Compensation and Benefits**
