**Job Summary**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful online community on our official Discord server. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can effectively manage user interactions, enforce community guidelines, and provide excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Moderate the chat of the official Discord server, ensuring that all user interactions align with our community guidelines and rules
* Delete messages made by users that violate the rules of the Discord server
* Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of the rules of the Discord server
* Mute users who have violated the rules of the Discord server
* Investigate reports made by users about violations of the rules of the Discord server
* Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
* Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and moderation
**Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Familiarity with Discord and community management tools
* Experience in moderating online communities or forums
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
