**About the Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support and resolving routine issues related to our clients' products and services. You will work from home, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat, and will be responsible for:
* Providing customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Proposing additional products and services to customers
* Offering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guide for call flow in the customer's preferred language
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of our clients' products and services
* Propose additional products and services to customers
* Offer expert customer experiences with a smile
**Qualifications:**
* Fluency in both French and English
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* High school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
* Ability to multitask quickly
* Desire to learn new technologies
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
* A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and Internet; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
* High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
