**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Excellent communication skills
* A desire to actively engage and listen to your customers
* The ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
* The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently and apply those learnings in real-time
* Fluency in Spanish and English
