As a part of Team Johnson, we value people over profits, hate corporate speak, and love laughing and collaborating with each other. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote contract basis. As a key member of our LATAM expansion team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking students, resolving issues, and helping us launch InstaClubHub Español in Latin America. **Responsibilities** * Handle all customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking students inside Zendesk and What's App * Reply to tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends * Update customer accounts in various platforms * Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the rest of the team (in both English and Spanish) * Work inside our payment processing system to help with refunds, subscription changes, etc * Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand * Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start) **Requirements** * Be a self-starter who can manage their own time and tasks * Be ruthlessly resourceful - you will need to solve a lot of problems * Get excited about making OTHER people's experience successful * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish * Be personable and service-oriented **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment * Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment * Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) * Experience with Zendesk, What's App, and other customer service software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Latin American customers or in a LATAM-focused role * Familiarity with Instagram marketing and social media management * Experience with payment processing systems and refunds * Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, What's App, Asana, Dropbox) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with social media management and Instagram marketing **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of Instagram marketing resources * Chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team * Professional development and training opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Competitive hourly rate ($12-$14/hour) **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a remote-friendly company with a flexible work arrangement * Our team is passionate, motivated, and dedicated to making a positive impact * We value people over profits, hate corporate speak, and love laughing and collaborating with each other * We're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate ($12-$14/hour) * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Professional development and training opportunities * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of Instagram marketing resources **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and bilingual customer service professional looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
