**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Associate Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced quantitative models and data-driven solutions. As a key member of our PRM division, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy advanced quantitative models and data-driven solutions using machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders
* Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data-driven decision-making
* Develop and maintain code guidelines, participate in code reviews, and document work processes, models, and code
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including upper-level management
* Coach and collaborate with other colleagues to drive data science and analytics capabilities across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* Master's degree in a related field, such as data science, business analytics, or operations research, is highly desirable
* Proven experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
* Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a carrier valuing, yield-or income management, income examination, income frameworks, or similar role
* Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and data lakes
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
* Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field
