Job Summary

This is a remote position where you will assist airline passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and general travel concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Provide accurate and timely information on airline policies, baggage rules, check-in procedures, and flight status updates.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations for passengers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process refunds, vouchers, and travel credits when necessary, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protection guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours
