How you'll make an impact in this role
Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
Prepare, process and edit financial or operational information, data and documents, including materials necessary for meetings, special projects and reports.
Attend meetings, keepsrecords of all proceedings and act as custodian for all related documentation.
Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
Maintain assigned calendar(s).
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need
Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives.
Expert proficiency in email, calendar, expense processing and travel technology solutions. Experience working in the Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
Experience prioritizing multiple functions, tasks, and managing work time efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
