Responsibilities
• Develops and leads complex strategic analyses and projects related to enterprise strategy and governance.
• Consults independently with internal clients to define the business problem, issues, and planned approach for research and analyses.
• Leads work planning and business problem diagnosis, coaching less experienced members of the enterprise strategy and governance ecosystem in building business acumen.
• Synthesizes analyses, key findings, and potential solutions into actionable recommendations.
• Works with senior managers to prepare and deliver materials, including enterprise strategy sponsor and board presentations, memos, etc.
• Interprets and analyzes highly complex data using business acumen in order to derive key insights.
• Verifies the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data and recommendations.
• Displays, organizes, and crafts data into a compelling storyline with actionable insight for the ecosystem.
• Develops and presents research in addition to internal and external operational and strategic findings.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Five years related experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Prior experience in strategy consulting and analysis preferred.
• MBA preferred.
