Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging, play-based curriculum and activities for early learners (ages 3-5). Observe and document children's engagement and progress through virtual interactions. Collaborate with fellow educators to brainstorm creative teaching ideas and curriculum enhancements. Maintain a safe and encouraging virtual learning environment. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and remote learning strategies. Communicate effectively with parents and the center's administrative team. Assist in developing and evaluating online educational resources. Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs in a remote context. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with young children in an early childhood setting. Proven experience with or strong understanding of play-based learning methodologies. Familiarity with online teaching tools and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Tech-savviness and comfort using various digital tools. Must pass a background check. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a positive, energetic attitude. Experience developing remote learning content is a significant plus.
