We specialize in same-day, last-mile delivery services for businesses and individuals across the country. We're seeking organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Dispatchers to join our 24/7 operations team. As a dispatcher, you’ll coordinate deliveries, support drivers in real time, and help ensure seamless logistics operations using our proprietary dispatching platform. This is a remote, full-time role with shift-based coverage, including nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities • Assign, monitor, and manage deliveries using our internal dispatch platform • Communicate with drivers via phone, chat, and app notifications • Resolve real-time issues including delays, location errors, and routing conflicts • Provide support to customers and drivers during active deliveries • Collaborate with other dispatchers to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts • Keep performance metrics and incident reports organized and up to date Qualifications • Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, customer service, or call center operations is highly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual a plus • Technologically confident – able to navigate software platforms with speed and precision • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and fast at decision-making • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays • Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
