Director, CoC Pharmacy Revenue Cycle


 

What you will be doing:

Drive improved revenue cycle for the continuum of care business unit, increasing revenue and decreasing time to revenue by improving the pharmacy contract connectivity process, rates and accuracy for the Continuum of Care members, suppliers, and distributors we serve.

This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all operational processes to maximize contract penetration, optimize revenue capture and deliver value to members and supplier partners.

Lead a team of motivated professionals enabling their growth and development through the effective use of technology and process improvements.

Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $113,000 - $188,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
