Job Description: • Leads new clients through the digital onboarding process • Conducts training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our digital marketing tools and client dashboard effectively • Specializes in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives • Manages the follow-up process with clients and publishers to obtain the necessary account permissions before the campaign start date • Provides early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts • Provides support for the team when permissions cannot be given to shift the client to a different product • Act as the point of contact via call, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the onboarding phase. Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients. • Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively. • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency. • Previous digital account manager experience with the Meta platform. • DSP experience • Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business.
