Onboarding & Training Manager (Remote)


About the Role

We are hiring an Onboarding & Training Manager to lead execution of our established onboarding program in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is an operator role — not a build-from-scratch L&D position. The focus is on running onboarding consistently, facilitating training, and ensuring new hires ramp quickly and successfully.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead bi-weekly onboarding cohorts in an ongoing, high-volume environment
  • Facilitate live training sessions multiple times per month
  • Own onboarding execution from pre-start through early tenure
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding
  • Partner with managers to ensure new hires reach productivity expectations quickly
  • Maintain and improve existing onboarding and training materials
  • Track new hire readiness and identify gaps in real time

What Success Looks Like

  • Smooth, consistent execution of bi-weekly onboarding cohorts
  • High engagement and effectiveness in live training sessions
  • New hires ramping quickly and meeting early performance benchmarks
  • Proactive identification and resolution of onboarding gaps

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or L&D (with remote onboarding experience)
  • Strong facilitation presence and confidence leading live sessions
  • Experience operating in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized with the ability to run a repeatable, bi-weekly cadence
  • Comfortable owning outcomes tied to new hire performance and ramp
