As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will assist clients with exploring travel options, organizing trip details, and creating personalized itineraries tailored to their interests and preferences.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, research, and coordination. You'll work with travelers planning everything from resort vacations and cruises to cultural tours and international getaways. Training, resources, and ongoing mentorship are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both newcomers and those seeking a new career path.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with travelers to understand their vacation goals, interests, and budget considerations
Research destinations, accommodations, cruise itineraries, and travel experiences
Develop personalized travel recommendations and itinerary options
Coordinate travel arrangements including lodging, transportation, tours, and activities
Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, and travel documentation
Maintain consistent communication throughout the planning process
Collaborate with supplier partners to secure reservations and manage updates
Keep client files, itineraries, and booking information accurate and organized
Stay informed about destination developments, travel promotions, and supplier programs
Deliver exceptional service designed to create a smooth and enjoyable planning experience
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, or experience-based industries
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage details while handling multiple client requests
Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting
Basic proficiency with computers, internet research, and online communication tools
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
