This position demands unwavering attention to detail, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to maintain high productivity while adhering to strict quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from a continuous stream of scanned images into the QuickClaim platform.
- Identify and classify document types based on provided guidelines and visual cues.
- Review entered information to ensure it meets or exceeds established quality thresholds.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve ambiguities.
- Suggest process enhancements and workflow optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Complete all assigned tasks for the day, ensuring no backlog remains.
