The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property leads submitted by the public. Using a range of websites and online platforms, you will carry out thorough background checks on each property to ensure it meets our internal terms and conditions for potential investment.
Your Responsibilities
Perform data entry of complex data into a proprietary system (drafting UK import and export customs declarations)
Access different UK port systems to link unique consignment & movement references
Understand the relationship between data elements
Reading and responding to emails
Occasional response to inbound calls
Maintain and update spreadsheets
Maintain and update standing data within the proprietary system
Your Background
3-5 years in a role understanding data elements and data
Background in logistics or import/export is an advantage
Experience in Wordpress is desirable
Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines
Excellent written and verbal English capability
Comfortable answering or making voice calls
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
