Although call volumes are moderate, every interaction matters, and we're looking for someone who treats every customer with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

What You'll Do
Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer questions while providing an exceptional experience
Accurately document every customer interaction
Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
Follow established procedures and quality standards
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain professionalism during every interaction
Meet quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
Schedule
Operating hours currently between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST
Seven days per week
Rotating days off
Schedule subject to business needs
Compensation
$5.75 USD per hour
Paid weekly (in arrears)
