Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Engineer to join the careerzynith Redshift Service team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical bridge between our engineering, product, and operations groups and careerzynith’s most strategic customers. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, guide pre‑sales engagements, automate repetitive workflows, and influence product roadmaps based on real‑world usage patterns. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for large‑scale customers, quickly diagnosing performance bottlenecks, configuration errors, and integration challenges.
- Pre‑Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to design and present technical solutions, conduct proof‑of‑concepts, and assist in onboarding new enterprise accounts.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise‑grade data warehouse or cloud‑based analytics platforms.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning in large‑scale environments.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi‑layered systems, including networking, storage, and compute resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of translating technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
