**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive patient satisfaction. **Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* 1+ year of customer service experience.
* Previous healthcare or call center experience is strongly preferred.
* Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
* The ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
* Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
* Bilingual a plus.
