Your Role: Be the Voice of arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears of our organization—fielding customer inquiries, solving complex problems, and finding innovative ways to exceed expectations. No two days will be identical, and that's what makes this role so exciting. You'll interact with people from all walks of life, tackle unique challenges daily, and develop skills that serve you for life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms to address their questions, concerns, and needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Calmly and effectively resolve customer issues while working to de-escalate tense situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Identify when escalations are necessary and appropriately route complex issues to supervisors or specialized support teams while maintaining detailed documentation.
- Respond to requests for assistance, including processing payments, troubleshooting account issues, and providing product or service information.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, tracking call-related information for auditing, reporting, and quality assurance purposes.
- Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues, call patterns, and process improvements to help enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services when appropriate, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Stay current with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
What We're Looking For: Your Qualifications
We seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and committed to excellence. While we provide comprehensive training, there are certain qualifications that will help you hit the ground running.
Essential Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential.
- Minimum of six (6) months proven customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
- Strong proficiency with laptop or desktop computers and general knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and configure home Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a professional setting.
- Additional technical certifications or training in IT support or customer service.
- Multilingual capabilities (Speaking additional languages is a significant advantage).
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.

Technical Specifications:
- Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download speed of 15.0 Mbps or higher.
- Upload Speed: Minimum subscribed upload speed of 5.0 Mbps or higher.
- Connection Quality: Internet service provider must show no packet loss and ping under 50ms for optimal performance.
- Prohibited Connection Types: Satellite internet, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), peer-to-peer connections, and VPNs are not permitted.
- Speed Verification: Proof of internet speed will be required during the onboarding process.
Workspace Requirements:
