The ideal candidate loves helping people and proactively solving problems. We have an awesome product loved by thousands of businesses, and we need your help to resolve software inquiries from our small business owners. We are a small and dynamic team (20 people currently), and you will be joining a team of 6 reps, and answer directly to our VP of Customer Success & Customer Support Team Lead. This is a remote position.
