We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the voice and face of careerzynith, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales performance on America's most reliable network. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at careerzynith, you will handle inbound calls from both existing and prospective customers, addressing inquiries about installation, disconnection, service changes, billing concerns, and more. Beyond simply resolving issues, you will build lasting relationships, identify customer needs, and proactively recommend products and services that enrich our customers' lives.
