Our client, a leading advertising agency, is looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join their team for an ongoing contract, beginning in May. The CRM Marketing Strategist is responsible for designing and executing customer relationship management (CRM) marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth. This role combines expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Pardot (now known as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making to optimize customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to nurture leads and enhance the customer lifecycle.
• Manage and optimize the use of Pardot for campaign automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to create targeted, multi-channel campaigns that increase customer engagement and conversion.
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Oversee the integration of CRM with other marketing and sales platforms, ensuring data accuracy and seamless workflow.
• Configure and maintain automations, triggers, and drip campaigns in Pardot and CRM platforms.
• Monitor and enhance personalization, segmentation, and customer journey mapping efforts to maximize engagement.
• Create and deliver reports on CRM campaign effectiveness, ROI, and pipeline impact.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) in all CRM marketing activities.
• Stay current with CRM and marketing automation trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on expertise in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing automated campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting, data analysis, and performance optimization.
• Experience with personalization, segmentation, and journey mapping in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Familiarity with best practices surrounding email deliverability, customer data privacy, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other email development tools is a plus.
• Pardot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to adopting new marketing technologies.
