As a Customer Operations Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the review and processing of both financial and non-financial activities related to our active Deferred Annuity products. This includes processing withdrawals, managing transfers, and setting up repetitive payment schedules for our valued policyholders. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that every transaction is completed correctly, protecting both our customers and our organization.
In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for external customers and insurance agents. You will communicate professionally via telephone and written correspondence to obtain the necessary information required to process requested transactions. We believe in recognizing our employees' contributions with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. The hourly salary range for this position is $21.00 – $31.96, and you will also be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program, which rewards exceptional performance.
