Position Overview – Remote Customer Care Specialist I

As a Customer Care Specialist I – Account Services at careerzynith, you will be the voice of the company for our residential and business customers. You’ll handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, providing knowledgeable assistance, resolving billing or service issues, and recommending products that enhance the customer’s experience. This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following locations: Wichita, KS; Baton Rouge, LA; Oklahoma City, OK; Omaha, NE; or Hampton Roads, VA (including surrounding communities within those states).

Training begins on September 30, 2024, and you will receive comprehensive onboarding that equips you with the product knowledge, communication techniques, and sales acumen needed to succeed.
