As our Country Manager in India, you are responsible for two critical functions, deployment (transforming raw customer data into digital models) and solutions delivery (customising our platform using in-app tooling and implementing best-practice solutions for international customers). This is an execution-focused role, not a sales role and has end-to-end accountability for delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a seasoned operational leader, not a salesperson, not a pure technologist, but someone with the technical grounding to get into the detail when it matters. You've built and run delivery teams in complex, data-heavy environments, you hold high standards across multiple functions simultaneously, and you don't need to be micro-managed to do it.

You can comfortably look at a deployment in trouble, quickly diagnose whether it's a data problem, a resourcing problem, a customer expectation problem, or something else and you know exactly how to get it resolved and who to involve.
