Contractor Management Specialist Healthcare Support Team Remote | Full-Time | Non-Exempt  At TNAA and TotalMed, we know that the experience doesn't stop once a healthcare professional accepts an assignment—it truly begins. What You'll Do  As a Contractor Management Specialist, you will partner with healthcare professionals during their assignments to deliver exceptional service while helping improve contractor engagement and retention. Responsibilities include: Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions, concerns, and support needs. Conduct proactive check-in calls to ensure a positive contractor experience. Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with assignment transitions. Extend offers and guide contractors through pre-start processes. Collaborate with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal partners to resolve issues quickly. Accurately document contractor interactions and follow-up activities within the ATS/CRM. Identify opportunities to improve contractor satisfaction and retention. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction. Meet established productivity, quality, and customer experience expectations.
