Job Description:
• Prepare clinical study agreements and related agreements and documents
• Independently review revisions proposed by clinical sites
• Raise contract issues and liaise between Legal, Risk Management, clinical teams and other internal stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload
• Interface with Clinical, Contract Research Organizations and Global Clinical Operations contract support teams
• Ensure agreements and documents are executed properly and organized in the contract management system
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree; OR High School Diploma or GED or associate degree with 7+ years in a related role
• Thorough understanding of clinical contracting terms and conditions
• Clinical contracting experience (non-negotiable)
• Able to read and understand contract terms, redline agreements, and make decisions with a practical, business-minded approach to contract negotiation
• Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office and Adobe software)
• Advanced skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
