The Role
As a full-time Community Manager at GoSpooky, you'll be the voice behind our clients' brands - keeping their online communities engaged, entertained, and heard. You will manage day-to-day interactions across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook: from crafting witty, on-brand responses and playful comebacks to handling complaints with care and professionalism. You have a sharp eye for language - both Dutch and English - and take grammar, spelling, and punctuation seriously. You are equally at home spotting a rising TikTok trend as you are organizing a content calendar in Airtable, and you know how to translate what you see in the comments into actionable insights for the wider team. Beyond community engagement, you will support creator outreach efforts, help nurture and grow our Speaky community, and contribute to reporting and learnings that inform our broader strategy.

We are looking for a native Dutch-speaking Community Manager with excellent English skills who is based in the Netherlands. Please note that only candidates currently residing in the Netherlands will be considered for this role!
