They are seeking a Closing Coordinator to manage the preparation, organization, proofreading, and assembly of closing documents for their Real Estate Team, ensuring timely and high-quality support. The role involves collaboration with various internal stakeholders and maintaining client satisfaction through efficient post-closing logistics.
Responsibilities
- Review and assemble all loan documents ahead of execution, ensuring a thorough final quality check
- Maintain a detailed list of all pending transactions
- Organize and request all necessary documents for closing
- Provide data collection support
- Keep the team updated on deal statuses and upcoming deadlines
- Prepare, organize, and proofread closing documents
- Coordinate with transaction parties and internal staff to manage timely deliveries
- Handle post-closing logistics efficiently to enhance client satisfaction
- Create detailed post-closing documentation and binders
- Liaise with various internal departments while maintaining confidentiality
Skills
- Experience in a law firm, title company, mortgage company, or similar organization is preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- College degree a plus
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and document management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
