This is a REMOTE role.  Type : Contract Client : A Pharma client Rate : $55/hour on W2 OR $65/Hour on C2C Location: Remote Major Responsibilities Contract Lifecycle Management Manage the full contract lifecycle for CDMO commercial agreements — Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), Quality Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), NDAs/CDAs, and change orders. Maintain accurate contract metadata, milestones, renewal and expiry alerts, and reporting dashboards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Legal to route agreements for review, manage redlines and fallback clauses, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
